Because every My Sherwani piece is cut and tailored specifically to the measurements you provide, our return policy works differently than it would for ready-to-wear clothing.

Final Sale

All made-to-measure orders are final sale. Since your sherwani is custom-tailored to your body and cannot be resold, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong style, or measurements you're no longer happy with after submitting them.

Our Guarantee

If your sherwani doesn't match the measurements you submitted, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right at no cost to you — either through a free remake or a professional alteration, whichever gets you the better fit fastest.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the garment and the specific issue.
• Please have your original submitted measurements on hand for comparison — this helps us resolve the issue quickly.
• This guarantee covers errors on our end. It does not cover measurements that were submitted incorrectly, or normal fit preferences that differ from what was ordered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after we receive your measurements, we can only accept cancellations or measurement changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your sherwani is already in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Fabric & Color Variation

Fabric shade may vary slightly from product photos due to differences between fabric batches, dye lots, and screen displays. This natural variation is not considered a defect.
